I'm generally a Tim Hortons fan, but for some reason the coffee at this location has been terrible the last 2 times I've visited. Last time I got an iced coffee and it tasted like milk-flavored water. Today I got hot coffee and it taste like HOT milk-flavored water. The location on Park Ave is always spot-on. Maybe you need to brew another batch in the afternoon. Around 4-4:30pm it's barely coffee. The food/donuts are decent though.
Needed a spot to do a little paperwork, and I was hungry. Managed to take care of both here. Chili was good, the accompanying bread was really nice, coffee was perfect. I cannot tell you about the donuts though, as I had none. Good service and a fair price.
I felt rushed from the time I walked in the door. I didn't feel I had time enough to read the menu. I had to ask for a different opinion other than coffee. Is there still an option in place of the hash brown? I thought you could get a donut or muffin, but was not given that option.
I ordered an English muffin with egg, bacon & cheese. The English muffin was not toasted. It was warmed, but I'm not a fan of warmed English muffins.
We just stopped here on our way to see the eclipse. They were out of doughnuts and we were sad. But we ordered some drinks and were planning to just hang. Then the worker came out and offered to fire up the machine to make us some. THEY WERE SO INCREDIBLY KIND. Cannot recommend enough
The 2 employees there work hard on New Years Day 2024, which is really amazing..
They both were very, very nice even with the craziness of doing cashier and drive through.

Tim Horton's does not have any good nutritious offerings. It's all syrupy frosting garbage. The breakfast menu is probably the worst "food" I've ever eaten. I understand you want to sell the cheapest garbage at the highest margin, but you are going to sicken people. I swear to god I have food poisoning. A customer would be better off buying your food, and immediately flushing it down the toilet, just skip ingesting it all together.
Great place, customer service needs some work...no smiles and I seemed to be an interuption..did not get all of my order which I discovered when I got home
Tried to dine in and stood at the counter for over 2 minutes while 4 employees we walking around possibly getting orders together . No one was in front of us . No one made eye contact or even acknowledge we were standing there . We ended up walking out . If they had even made eye contact and said we ‘ll be with you shortly it would have made a big difference.
