I’m from Canada and can say definitively this was the worst Tim Hortons experience I’ve ever had. We went through the drive through and the person taking our order disappeared without warning for long stretches of time, making us wonder if she was even there. I ordered a bagel, toasted, with butter and cream cheese, and 2 coffees of different sizes, one without cream. When we finally got to the window the woman who took payment said very little to us, didn’t even make eye contact before turning away. When we got our coffees, they were both the same size and she said, ‘I think this one is the soy milk’. There was no writing on the lid to differentiate either coffee, but, we got a medium for the price of a small I guess. The coffee tasted alright, definitely different than Canada though, but I don’t blame the store for that. On to the bagel. It wasn’t toasted, the butter was still in lumps and the cream cheese was so thin and only on one side. It was actually difficult to eat. When I saw Timmie’s in Corry I thought, great! This place is ALWAYS consistently outstanding. But, if this is the standard for Tim Hortons in America I don’t think I’ll ever go back. From service to food quality, an absolute mess.
First time trying Tim Hortons and was disappointed with the avocado toast with bacon and the avocado toast with egg. It looks nothing like what is pictured on their screen. It was not even toasted. The bread was so soggy that when you tried to eat it, it fell apart. There was so much avocado that it just soaked in the bread. It definitely was not worth the $10+ price. The potatoe soup was okay, but it ended up having a burnt aftertaste. The last picture is what it looks advertised!
I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, not only did they not have everything bagels, but the plain bagel they gave me had a pathetic amount of cream cheese. Definitely not worth $3.
I used to get Tim Hortons every single day for YEARS. Every. Single. Day. Sometimes several times a day. I would get breakfast or donuts, or sandwiches, but ALWAYS my coffee. It's good coffee. It's hot, so I'd order it with a few ice cubes. Ice cubes. That's it. Nothing fancy. One day I realized that they had started charging $.35 extra for ice cubes. Yo. Come on. Look. Out of sheer principle, that's just ridiculous. They're ice cubes. It pathetic that they feel it's justifiable to charge $.35 for ice cubes. Is it Crosby's (the franchisee) decision? Corporate? Don't know, don't care. Forget 'em. I haven't had Tim Hortons - ANY Tim Hortons from any location - in months. I stopped going to them. Will the roughly $1500/yr I calculated I spend there be noticeably missed? Nope. Will my disdain make a difference? Nope. But there is quiet satisfaction in holding up to the principle in face of petty simple greed. It's not an issue of the $.35, it's the fact they would even charge it in the first place.

No matter what time of the day you go through the drive through, you’re waiting extended periods of time. There can be two cars in front of you and you’re waiting to order, waiting to go through, and waiting at the window. Minimum of 15 minutes.
Everytime we go through the drive thru they are very cocky and short I think! Anyone else experience there cocky attitude and being very short with you? They need to cheer up like Starbucks drive thru workers
Every single last time I've been here, the employees have attitudes, they think they are better then you (haha all while working at tim hortons). They either mess up your order, or they over charge. Then when you try to get it corrected, you deal with the snotty women that work there. It's really not worth having to deal with them for some overrated, under served food.
Great coffee, terrible service. Ordered a box of 40 timbits, and only got 21. When I went back they just gave me a box of another 20. Waited in drive thru line for almost 30 minutes and waited longer in line inside to correct my order.
