The chocolate donut was very good as well as the apple fritter! The M&M cookie was very good too!
First visit. Will give a second chance, but there is room for improvement.

Ordered two breakfast sandwiches. One muffin, one biscuit. Ended up with a mixed muffin top, biscuit bottom. Not the end of the world but, if they're not getting this right, what else are they doing wrong?

This is a regular pit stop for us coming from the Toronto area down to Pennsylvania and back. It’s not a great Tim Horton’s but it does the job. Quality is not as good as what we get in Canada. We just get coffee and donuts here. The seating area inside looks nice enough to stop and sit a bit if you want. We prefer this location to the one on Peach Street because there’s much less traffic.
Absolutely horrible. How can they serve something like this? The cheese isn’t even melted and the bread tastes disgusting and soggy. They also gave me my frozen hot chocolate spilling out the sides and said “be careful it’s spilling” like why would u not fix that ?

Assistant Supervisor needs replaced! I told him 3 times for a dome lid then asked him a 3rd time and he got an attitude saying "You should have asked when you placed the order" I told him "I did, I mentioned it three times now". Second time he waited on me I told him dome lid and still got a flat lid and I said it especially clearly, then didn't give me my complete order. Get rid of this unprofessional guy!
I have NEVER been so disgusted by a Tim Hortons in my life! They take 1 order at a time at the drive thru and do NOT take the next vehicles order until the car at the window are pulling away! 3 vehicles behind me left! Another time, told me sorry we don't have change after I got my coffee. Yet another, at 11:30 told my daughter sorry we only have 1 hashbrown and not making more for the day. Another, sorry we are out of coffee! Today after sitting at the drive thru for 10 minutes, 1 car at window 1 at the speaker, I ordered a large order and was told sorry we are out of that! I've had enough!!!! NEVER again! I wouldn't let this store take care of anything! Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!
