I placed my order around noon for a dozen donuts and 40 timbits and i got there around 45 minutes after the order was placed. They were scrambling to get the order ready when i pulled up to the window. There was no variety despite them being open for another 7 hours. How are you going to have donuts for sale but not have any in stock? Was 45 minutes not enough time? I was disappointed in this visit and will not be coming back. I paid for a variety and clearly was not given that.
Service is a joke with the drive through. Ordered 1 Bagel BELT with extra mayonnaise, 1 hot chocolate kids temp, 1 bagel toasted with butter. Ended up receiving a bagel loaded with cream cheese. No mayonnaise on the Bagel BELT and a scalding hot hot chocolate instead of “kids temp”. When we brought the bagel to their attention with no mayonnaise, we were told. “We put lots of mayonnaise” on. Unless my eyes were deceiving me the sandwich was naked and completely void of mayonnaise. She handed us 2 items initially and forgot the rest until we brought it to her attention. Also, no knife to spread the mayonnaise. Btw, I hate cream cheese, had to take home and scrape it all off so that I could add my butter! Need to put a lot more effort in making sure the orders are correct. When we looked at the receipt we were charged extra for the drink. It should have been included in the price if the combo.
The customer service was good. However the food was not very good. The hash browns were hard and stale. The coffee was cold. The bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was fine until I seen some mold on it. Never again, SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.
In over 30 years of going into different establishments this was BY FAR the worst. There were 5 people behind the counter and only 1 other customer. It took over 10 minutes to get someone to help. The only person doing anything was a kid who said it was his 3rd day. There was a short chunky girl who was apparently the team lead and she would not help the kid doing all the work. She spent her time wiping down counters. The other 3 people were standing by the drive window talking. The place was filthy with trash all over the floor. The team lead acted as though she did the customers a favor by showing up for work.
Chuck is rude and berated other coworkers to the customers. Sold me food that they didn’t have and just shrugged and said “we ran out 30 minutes ago” not that i had high expectations about this location but it was really rough. the work culture felt very toxic.
5.31.24 Update
It has gotten so much better. They still run out of things, but not as bad as it was. So I have changed my rating.
11_7_23, still Update, 10-13-23. Nothing has changed. Tried twice this week to get a chicken panni. Out of chicken both times. This has got to be the worst one I have ever been to. Can't seem to keep any food in stock.
HORRIFIC customer service, entitled teenagers, very rude to not only myself, but other customers who asked simple questions , and they were moving at turtle pace! I have worked in service industry for 20 years, when you’re understaffed or busy you move faster. This place truly needs to fire the staff and rehire or have a manager on staff. we keep trying to give it a shot, but nothing has changed. There was one employee who I haven’t seen in sometime, who had provided excellent customer service, other than that it has been atrocious.
Sausage croissants? "only one croissant left"
Chicken panini instead? "We don't have any chicken cooked"
Bacon and egg biscuit? "Stopped serving biscuits"
I'm honestly not even sure what sandwich you can get that doesn't have chicken or come on a croissant or biscuit.
Tim Hortons has really gone downhill with locations closing early, out of food, can't order cause they haven't cooked any, ice caps being mixed poorly. After today, I think I'm done giving them "I'm sure it will be better today" chances.
