I had an appointment and I arrived on time. I was confused on which door to use. There's no clear signage. I knocked on two different doors and nobody answered. I called the number and nobody picked up. I even left a voicemail. I waited for over 20 minutes and nobody came to the door. I had to take my car somwhere else to get serviced. This place is a SCAM! Don't waste your time!
We took our daughter’s 2015 Hyundai Sonata in for an engine issue. Tim was professional and did one heck of a job on the car. Tim is the only person that I will take all of our cars to.
What can I say. Tim was the embodiment of southern hospitality.My RV broke down in exit 117 and I struggled to find someone to come take a look at it. Every one tried to nickel and dime me until I called Tim who was friendly from the phone call forward. Tim was extremely polite and ensured me that my RV works be back on the road the same day and it was under an hour. Best part was Tim didn't look for the most expensive part that needed to be replaced rather focused on the problem and replaced a $12 part. If you want a mechanic who knows what he's doing and still lives by the old ways of customer service and great hospitality Tim is your man!!
I've been a customer of Tim Frye's since it prior location near Zoneton Rd. Since moving to Ky I've used them for over 5 years and even though my first boyfriend referred me to them and I probably say that may have been the only good thing he did for me. :P Terrible joke, any ways so it has been close to a decade and really Tim Frye has been the best Auto Repairman I've come across. I've had couple cars now I've had him work on many issues and if anyone deserves a good review it's this little mom and pap store. Only thing I regret is I don't live close enough any more so it's a bit of a drive from Louisville but cost and quality, they really do a great job, is worth the drive in my opinion. This place is really honest about the best option, sometimes it is nice not going and talking to a big box where they don't listen to what you say, these people do.

Bought a car from an individual who told me the transmission was done by Tim Frye...and still under warranty..well good because we needed to take it back because the trans..is not shifting right and leaking..Take it up to Tim to descus some other issues with car, he also tell me that he just put in a couple a weeks ago, and it's still under warranty.Hes got to go get some teeth pulled call him back in a wk to set up bringing car in..Called him today, now he says it was over a month ago trans..was put in and he's not going to honor hid work...Well guess what you just lost my business budy..
