I’ve taken two of my cars to Tilson and always had a great experience. Never felt like I’ve been ripped off. They bend over backwards to help and really friendly. Better than main dealers and great value for money
Booked to come out and retrieve car back to garage. Nobody came. Chased them with a call to be told they were running late but would come. Day later still nobody and not even a call to reschedule. Total lack of customer service. Will never use them and will tell friends to stay well clear
Tillsons sorted out our air conditioning efficiently and the reception were friendly and helpful. No problem in recommending them to anyone.
