I've been buying ice cream at this location for about 5 years now and recently got new ownership who raised the prices at least $0.50 across the board. The service is about the same and the quality of the product is also. It's definitely not as busy as it once was.
An absolutely amazing experience. Also it appears that they haven’t been hit by the inflation bug that has affected the rest of our country. A cheap place to take your family for amazing ice cream and service! I 10/10 recommend!
Patrons beware that the staff here overcharges even though prices are posted and they modify the tips on the receipt if you pay by card! I’ve tested this three separate times and have noticed my final charge was higher than I signed for including the tip. If you want ice cream from here MAKE SURE TO PAY CASH ONLY. Cannot believe they are stealing from their patrons like this. Whoever the manager is here needs to investigate this as I’m sure I’m not the only person the has happened to. Everyone should check their charges after a few days.
Ice cream is great if you're willing to wait 30 mins for it even though it's just you and one other car. Still trying to figure out how it takes so long to pour soft serve into a cup and throw some sprinkles on it. Been like this for years.
This is the best ice cream place I have ever been to! Cheap prices, nice employees, quick, very friendly people! I would definitely recommend and will be coming again!
The ice cream tasted like gasoline tonight. This has never happened here before. Had to throw away two entire milkshakes! We didn’t dare finish then because we were afraid we’d end up sick. When my friend went back to try to get a refund, she was given an attitude! Terrible service!
If there is zero I’ll rather do that instead of one star
First of all Ice cream where all melted I used half a packet of wipes to clean all the mess
On top of that service is bad too I asked for a cup and spoon she shot the window even when I nocked she ignored me.
Very bad experience
Wait in line for 15 minutes just for them to take your order at the window. They clearly need to pay their employees a better wage because they have a help wanted sign out. Very clear that they can’t hire employees. This location should be closed down.
