Don’t recommend. Would give zero stars if I could. Only reason I gave them my business was because I was out of options. They were super sketchy to begin with. They didn’t repair my car properly. I’m still fixing some of the issues they neglected to repair.
He’s kind and honest. Does great work, quickly and efficiently.

I've taken a couple of different vehicles to John over the years and I've always been happy with his work. John is an honest guy who won't rip you off. As my vehicle aged and I contemplated the cost of repairs vs a newer vehicle his honest advice was indispensable. He's given me a "heads up", that I needed to think about fixing something before it failed, and guess what? I procrastinated and the part did fail, just as he said it would. Other times he has told me something wasn't worth fixing. John is a good, honest mechanic.
Since I discovered Tierno Automotive a few years ago, I never needed to take my vehicles to another mechanic. John never quoted work that didn't need to be done and his prices have always seemed fair. He also got the work done right the first time... I never needed to take my vehicles back to him twice for the same problem. My only regret is that I couldn't convince him to relocate to Arizona with me!
I have use John many times over the years nothing but a great professional he does great work at a fair price for the customer and for himself thanks a lot John for all your help!
John is honest and does only the work needed. More than fair prices, Tierno Automotive is hands down the best auto repair shop i have ever been to.
