The new owner has many fresh ideas for food. The specials board has to be watched as she comes up with new and interesting things all the time. That doesn't mean she doesn't do standard cafe fare, you can still get a great bacon butty etc. The coffee is good and she locally sources great sourdough. Well worth a visit.
We were visiting from Wales and this lovely place was right opposite our AirBnB. We had the best welcome, such lovely food and the (new owner from reading the comments) was so friendly. I loved my posh beans on toast with some extra herbs!! Would highly recommend. Dog friendly too which was great.
Exceptional! We popped in today for breakfast butties and coffee - couldn’t resist the home baked rocky road and Cookies too to take away. So glad we did. Quality ingredients, locally sourced and high quality meat and eggs - you could really taste the difference. The coffee was delicious!! Will definitely be back - was surprised by how many seats there were both upstairs and downstairs. An absolute gem!
An absolute hidden gem! Amazing coffee and the sandwiches were delicious - all ingredients completely fresh. Can’t fault this place!

It is a super cute small café, there isn't a lot of seating and it's not equipped for large groups. If you are looking for a nice little village lunch this is perfect. They have lots of yummy looking bakery items too, and the staff are all super kind!

Very welcoming and family feel atmosphere. More seating upstairs, people of a tall nature may end up with a crooked neck when using the toilet as it is quite.. erm... small ????
PLUS SIDE there is baby changing facilities.Upstairs is suitable for kids too as there are toys to keep them entertained.
Would definitely recommend the Club Sandwich & Speciality Hot Chocolate (white kinder) was delicious and very much needed to warm up ????after a long ride ????
