Beautiful pub 'The Lion', right on the broads with mooring. Friendly staff and lovely food and their own craft beers, recommend a stop here.
Thurne drainage mill is very well kept and in a lovely setting by the Norfolk broads a great place to sit picnic walk or take photos pub close by small gift shop also sells hot drinks
Nice spot for a little walk and a sit down to watch some boats go by. There are a couple of benches there with views across the river.
This distinctive mill is open occasionally and is an interesting visit if you get chance with all the internal workings.
If there is a place to visit for sunset this is the place, surrounded by beautiful scenery tranquility
My dad had a boat moored here some years back , it's a beautiful place . The pictures that have been added are fantastic. My dad past away a few years ago, and although he travelled quite a bit around the world he loved the Norfolk Broads especially ♥️
