The food was medocore at best the engilsh breakfast was hard it was like eating a rock the pancakes were raw and was disgusting. it took 45 minutes to get our food even though it was empty
Mothers Day Completely mayhem poor staff I felt sorry for them. Poor management completely starts at top down. Completely unorganised for Mother’s Day. Sunday special with the trimmings Roast Chicken dry, roast potatoes absolutely no taste as not seasoned dry because not prepared in the necessary fat. No white wine or red wine available. Totally a shambles unprepared, unorganised for a very important day. People were sending back food , others waiting ages and many walking out. How does company like Fenwick not have red or white wine and kitchen serving substandard food. Usually top class everything served from the kitchen at Three. Whoever overseas and manages the food and beverage operations at Fenwick Brent Cross doesn’t even have a clue what they are doing. Shame on you Fenwick this was Mothers Day.

My daughter and I visited Three today for breakfast. We both ordered the Avocado, Lime and Chilli on Toast priced at £8.50. In addition, I ordered a poached egg on the side. We also ordered two coffees; my daughter asked for almond milk instead of dairy milk. Our food came quickly - my avocado was brown and we both thought it was bland without flavour. I asked the manager if the avocado was fresh and explained it was discoloured and had no flavour whatsoever. He said they make batch of avocado for the whole day which is why some of it was brown (my daughters looked fresh and green). He explanation was ‘it is more guacamole than avocado’ and said it has to be suitable for everyone so they do not use a lot of lime and chilli. I suggested they should advertise it as ‘Guacamole on toast’ rather than ‘Avocado, Chilli and Lime on Toast’. I pointed out that my daughter had eggs on her plate that she didn’t ask for as she is vegan but he said she ‘could just have them’. He clearly didn’t understand what vegan is. He did not care about any of the things I said and just shrugged his shoulders unapologetically. I asked when our drinks would be ready as they were ordered at the same time at the food and he said they would be ‘along soon’. Another 10 minutes went past, the waitress was talking to a friend and the manager was looking at his laptop with an espresso. I had to ask for our drinks again; at this point we had finished as much of the food as we were going to eat and had been waiting for a considerable amount of time. Both drinks arrived and both were made with almond milk; they were unable to get a simple coffee order right. I then paid £25 for the whole sorry visit. Visit at your own risk!
A beautiful clean place to sit down and enjoy the lovely atmosphere. I’m having one of the best fish and chips ever every time I go there.

Customer service was horrible! I wasn’t seen to for ages after being seated. I had to go up to a waiter and when my food did eventually come, it came back wrong and missing an item. I was served the missing item after waiting another long time and no waiter came to check in and speak with me to see how my food was, which was very bland. Very disappointing experience and I won’t be coming here again
Nice atmosphere but slow service, took longer to get drinks than the food. Asked for toasted bread but came untoasted. Food was ok only.
This restaurant has by far some of the worst service I have ever seen. I came today with 2 of my friends and it took 30 mins for us to be acknowledged. When service was finally provided we found what we wanted wasn’t available and the server was rude and abrupt.
After such a long wait all I order was a simple tea and it took longer than 15 mins for the tea to come out.
Horribly run. Terrible place
Always a nice place to meeting friends, great service, delicious food and friendly atmosphere, all staff are friendly specially the manager (Mr Mehrdad) who is a gentleman that always cares for customers. I'm very happy to be there ????????
