What a little gem , love places like this it feels like you are in a dream . Dirty , unique, quirky, friendly locals and a nice fire on the go . No cash , no larger , no WiFi what more do you need .
A time warp of a pub! Really interesting bric a brac and art pieces. Loved the old world feel. Nothing seems to have been changed in years and years so has an authentic atmosphere. If you like modern, pristine and minimalist pubs : this place isn't for you.
The exterior of the pub is very pretty, a cute little area.
Good price drinks, we had ale & white wine. Has a community feel, everyone seemed to know everyone!
A Fantastic Inn that takes you back to how it (probably) was before everything got ' commercialized ' . Sit there & soak in the atmosphere.
A choice of 4 or 5 extremely well kept ales & bar snacks to accompany them .
Undoubtably a good character pub but sadly let down by filthy decor inside and out and black mould. Needs also a wider choice of beers. Nothing wrong with a good lager as well and card payment.
A fantastic historical pub. Well worth a visit. Bare in mind they don’t take card payments. Chatty, friendly locals. Fireplace in both rooms. Good selection of real ales, two ciders. Bargain prices.

It maybe the most grotty pub and abit hard to find at night but I injoyed myself. The beer is good ????. The people who where there was having a good time and very friendly to talk to. A great night watching Will Killeen playing. Outstanding
Great pub great people loved locals at Friday lunch time such a happy place travel a very long way to be there love the place a one off. great value for money.
