They always do first class work.
Awful service and staff. A car parked on my land and was essentially trespassing. I called 911 and was told to call a tow trucking service. I called the tow truck service that the officer recommended which was Thorton’s. I was told by the officer that the person who owned the vehicle would be responsible for paying the bill. When I called Mr Thornton he said I the land owner would be responsible for the bill and only reimbursed if the vehicle owner paid the bill. He was very rude and not helpful. If I could give a zero star I would.
After helping me get a buddies car out of his impound and giving me a deal on the price on the bill, I left my liscence and he was nice enough to drive 20 minutes to meet me with it! Wow what a guy and that says a lot about his business! Awesome guy!
Mr.Thornton is a great guy to go to. Has been the best body shop in town and the only one i go to. My granny would always visit the body shop to chat even if she didnt need any work done. To say that our family knows him well is an understatement.
