Friendly personal service , needed engine light fault checked and air con re gas, 3 glow plugs changed and air con sorted for reasonable price .Main dealer had charged far more for one glow plug ( why didn’t they do 4 at same time!)

Brilliant service!! Guy was on his own and looked really busy. He dropped everything to repair my brake lights straight away. Was done within 5 mins and at very good value. Highly recommended.

Phoned them to get a quote before. The gentleman who answered the phone is rude even I am very polite. And at last hang up while I am talking. It is unbelievable. Maybe because they are not interested in the work. But this kind of poor custom service can show how good their work can be in some extent.

Great customer service. After long drive north, noticed my car had developed a leak. Phoned garage and mechanic told me to pop round straight away and he would have a look. The leak turned out to just be condensation from air con in which there was no charge for checking the levels in engine. Im sure other garages would have saw an opportunity to make money as I dont have a clue about engines or motors. I'm glad I have found a trustworthy garage for all my motoring requirements whilst up north. Thanks
