This mechanic has been nothing but great. Thompson's Auto repair is honest, does good work, and, best of all, has reasonable prices. My husband and I were new into town and are very skeptical of mechanics. We were trying to get a part pressed for a wheel bearing DIY fix and they had no problem helping us out. They even went so far as to call their part guy for a piece we needed. Six months later, the cheap wheel bearing we bought online didn't hold up, so they fixed it up for us at a great rate. Super easy to work with, and super pleasant to talk to. Would recommend.
Great service all around. I have always left happy with the time, quality, and communication that went into the service to my car. I notice there’s always a little something extra to help my car get either better service or a lower price. I feel welcome and valued as a customer, and as a woman, I can definitely say that’s not always the case at auto shops. Without a doubt, next time I need service I’ll be choosing Thompson’s!
Really great guys! My truck broke down on a Monday night, and the next day they had it fixed up. They were really great with keeping me in touch with everything. Definitely will use them again if I have any other problem.
My personal go to. I go at random for things I want fixed to remember they don't do them. Self note, they don't do personal graphics. If they can't fix it, then throw it away.

I got my car checked out, wasn't advised that I was required to pay a diagnostic fee, after I decided to go somewhere else due to the price. Then I was told it would be a diagnostic fee. I wasn't satisfied with the price. Rear brakes shoes for 120.00. highway robbery. Nice people though. I should've been told about a Diagnostic fee upfront, and let the decision be on me. The 40.00 dollar Diagnostics fee was for me to let them do it, because I would have to pay 40.00, and another 40.00 for rear brake shoes, and labor if I took it somewhere else. It was a way to get fast & easy money. Kept it for 3 hr. To make the labor fee substantial. Good people, and good customer service, but I will definitely go somewhere else.
Honest, fast, reliable, excellent service. In and out in an hour and a half. Able to save me $400+ on an issue I had with my compressor on my Jeep that I use for hunting. Had the part there in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely use again. Very knowledgeable mechanics and staff. Even taught me a couple of things while I was there. If you need your car fixed you won't find a better place in town
Reliable, dependable, honest and great prices. Lamar came recommended and I couldn't be happier with his service. I brought my sons car in to be repaired and the job was done very thoroughly and I was updated every step of the way.
