I agree with most of these reviews. The attitude of the staff is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I would stay and FAR away from this company. Nothing but headaches. - Thier response pretty much confirms my review. "They paid for a service, and now they cant get what they want". Am I supposed to pay for a service and NOT get what I want? Never heard of the that business philosophy. Maybe it works for you. Also, company? Not sure what the business owner is referencing with "company".

Thompson Glass is one of the best shops in the D.M.V. area if you are looking for fast reliable professional services get in touch with them and you will be happy with the service.

I called them before I drove all the way from Oxen Hill MD. and asked for they cut glass and I told them the exact glass I needed. She gave me a price of $70.00 and told me to come on. Upon arriving a lady asked me: "What the Hell do I want it's about to be a holiday and I'm about to close. I told her I called before I came and she said I must be mistaken. Wow What an experience, Now I have to tell my client something.

This place is amazing!!!

I just got my windshield done on my car and it was done quick and fast. Called for an estimate and was scheduled 2 days later. I am so happy with the work that they have done on my vehicle and the establishment is very pleasant. The customer service was and the owner, Ms Thompson was very knowledgable.

if you ever need any glass work done on your vehicle, home or business this is where I suggest you get it done. Prices are very reasonable.

Don't waste your time or money. We're a small residential contractor and they have cost us so many headaches. The attitude of the staff is appalling. Ordered three small custom cut glass shelves, when picked up the first set they apologized because "they weren't pretty cuts", but the size wasn't even right. The shelves shattered snapped when placed in the cabinet because they were off in size by quarter inch. The woman that works there had the audacity to say "well cutting those is too hard". Why would they take on the project if they can't actually do the work? Second set was off by half an inch! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. As a small, DC immigrant-owned small business we try to support the similar but this group is a piece of work.

I called looking to get my passenger glass replaced. After paying them and going to a place in MD which was no where near the listed address, I still didn’t have a glass they wanted me to wait at said place for hours with no resolution when I asked for a refund they said we don’t do them. After a long battle they said they would issue a refund but still haven’t received it. Do not use these people they told me they can’t tell me who processed my card payment and good luck like what type of business treats customers this way don’t waste your time they are taking peoples money u professional the the worst experience I have encountered I wouldn’t recommend google to even list this business literally the worst.

Yesterday I watched their employees endangering others by not wearing masks or social distancing. They charged the customer in front of me approximately $146 for a replacement window. I asked simply for a 33" x 24" pane of glass uninstalled. They attempted to get $70 for a piece of glass. They are not worth the drive.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We brought two window sashes to them for glass replacement. One of the window seals failed after 2 months. We brought it back and they gave several excuses to not repair such as:

"We don't warranty glass" and,

"As far as we know you brought us a different window than the one we repaired"

I confronted the manager who obviously didn't care about the quality of their work nor the satisfaction of their customers.
