I’m giving a five star rating and a HUGE shoutout to Hubert and Patty Thompson of Thompson Automotive! I can’t begin to say how thankful and grateful I am for this couple! My van sat in shambles since May 2022; 1 year and 11 months. No one wanted to touch it because a mechanic had previously worked on it but never completed the job. I recalled a message from Patty in a local Facebook group stating that someone could take a look at the vehicle at my house. Fast forward to April 8, 2024 Mr. Hubert Thompson arrived at my home, assessed my 2012 Honda Odyssey and confidently reassured me, that he was able to fix my van. While the phenomenal eclipse of 2024 was taking place a miracle was happening in my driveway. Hubert put my van back together and it came back to life! We were able to drive it to his shop where he continued his exceptional TLC; It rides like it never broke down. I shed tears of joy because for almost two years, no one was willing to assist in getting my car back into commission. I more than highly recommend Thompson Auto Services as a trustworthy company to take of your vehicle, they were an absolute God send!

I would like to give the upmost gratitude to Thompson Auto Services and Patty Dowling-Thompson for their OUTSTANDING work and GREAT customer service. I reached out to Mrs.Patty last Monday after seeing a post with an awesome review and has to try my luck. Well I am elated that I did. I moved from North Jersey 3 years ago and was looking for a reliable and trust worthy and reasonable mechanic,as I have been to SOOOO MANY mechanics and was just tired of smdh wind hoping. I actually have to two cars both with different problems. Mrs.Patty reached out within 24hrs and I explained to her what BOTH cars issues were she was able to get me in to see her husband who does FANTASTIC work on Saturday morning. My fiancé and myself went to meet him and he was also pleasant and REALLY wanted to get to tie bottom of my issue with the first car. He took his time srove around with us to get a feel of what we was hearing and feeling. He assured us that our car was in GREAT hands and sure enough he told no lies!!! We are always use to getting our car looked at or serviced 2-4 days later after drop off. Mr.Thompson called us within the same day to say our car was ready for pick up! NO LIE! We couldn’t believe it lol. He did tell us he was going to jump on it as soon as we left and that is EXACTLY what he did! Our first car is now running so much smoother and could not be more happy with the results. They are reasonable,customer service is great and honest people! You not getting that now a days! You’ll looking for reasonable,honestly and quality work pleass reach out to them you won’t be disappointed. We are actually looking to bring our other car this weekend lol.

I decided to try some place new to get my repairs done on my vehicle. This business goes above and beyond expectations. The owners Hubert-Patty and Patty Thompson made me feel great. Both honest and humble. I had brake and rotor work done. They did a great job.
Patty gave me a quote of price with an itemized bill at the end, as well as, an estimate from the area with similar work done to compare their pricing. Very competitive price.
Very happy with results. As a small business owner myself I would recommend Thompson to anyone and everyone.

Lovely people, quality service, reasonable prices. The customer service cannot be overstated; from my first entrance into the building, I had the door held open for me with a smile. The technician forgot to turn off the maintenance required light, which would have required a return trip to turn off- not a big deal to me. However, Patty (the owner) offered to have her husband come and turn off the light himself at my home, at my convenience. Most important, my car is running smoother than ever! My only advice to other customers is to leave a few minutes early, as the shop can be a little hard to find.
