Very unprofessional, car was supposed to be towed by 4:30 at the latest. after calling the contact numbers, witch they never answered and not to mention voice mails on all are not set up, they showed up at 7. After telling my insurance they will be they in 10 min several times. Then they tell my insurance it had to be pulled from a snow bank , I have pics of this lie front and back do you see any snow banks. Do better scum bags.
They never showed to get me unstuck and I have roadside this is one of the companies they use. They left me stranded in the middle of Detroit with my 12 year old daughter and didn’t answer the phones when I called them back4 times. I can’t believe a company would treat someone that way.
I waited 2 hours for a tow by my roadside assistance. This company claimed they were turned away at the front gate of my condo and had my incorrect phone number. I spoke personally to the gate attendant who confirmed that no truck ever arrived. When I called to complain I was hung up on by an inconsiderate man who did not give me his name.
Edit: The "redispatch" offered (not a redispatch as no one ever arrived onsite) was going to be an additional hour. I spoke personally to the gate attendant and no tow truck showed up to the parking lot. I spoke personally to Mercedes roadside assistance who confirmed that they have my correct phone number and provided said number to this company. This company is flat out lying and for what reason?
Halloween just passed and I caught a flat in the middle of the night Thompson Auto service came to the rescue I tried calling the other towing companies no one showed but then Thompson's showed up with ultimate deal
They were the only service to respond to the request and was very informative and help, nice and down to earth. I would definitely recommend and use them for service again in the future. Hopefully not under the same circumstances as this time.
My roadside service selected this company. I waited 7 hours. They cancelled my tow request after learning that I wouldn’t get my car towed to a body shop of their choice.
This place was recommended through my road side assistance and Jeremy was great. Arrived 20 minutes early and provided excellent service.
