For real, what a great spot. Mark was awesome . Took my oddball JDM Suzuki Every radiator and made it functional again all in a week. Stupid fast turnaround time and Mark kept me in the loop on everything. Couldn't have been a smoother transaction. First time using these guys and am glad I found them. They do A/C work too, which my Express Van needs attention, so I'll be bringing it to them for sure. Thanks, Mark! You rock ????
Where do I start? I met the angel Mark Thomas on a Friday in need of a radiator repair in a hurry being from Texas and having just been involved in a crash. He stayed late on a Friday and allowed me to even leave my rig in his yard and stay there for the night. Mark Thomas went above and beyond and has now gotten a new friend. On Saturday he even came and checked on me and again fixed my radiator as I damaged it putting it in. He even let me use his forklift to bend and fix parts and to unload my trailer and load another. Saturday night when I was going to stay in his shop parking lot again and sleep in my truck, he called me and said it was going be too cold and offered me a place to stay at his own house. His wife, him, and I stayed up late that night sharing stories laughing and having an amazing time. What amazing people. He even went as far as to loan me a vehicle so that way if I need to go anywhere I could while we were waiting for Repairs. Mark Thomas and his wife are saints and has a special place in heaven for them. I will never forget their generosity and look forward to seeing them again soon.
I took my van to get a coolant leak fixed they told me they take care of it i dropped my van off. Picked it back up couple hrs. Looked under neath and asked was he sure the rubber line will not leak and he assured me it would be fine. Next day noticed the hose was leaking once again took it back and asked should they have put a aluminum line back in it's place instead of a rubber hose and they told me not to bring it back anymore what a waste of time should of just told me they could not fix it. JUST A RIP OFF. MINUS STARS
Great repair shop FINALLY found one that don't wanna screw ya these guys are straight up good honest people. The work was quality and a price I could afford!! I will definitely use them again in the future
