Was cut off today, had to slam on my breaks and swerve into oncoming traffic to avoid crashing into her. my son and I both have injuries from it and the bus driver just wanted to drive away.
I was driving near Burlington and needed to stop for medical reasons. The staff whose name I wish to conceal was very sweet, understanding, and very hospitable, allowing me the time I needed to recover and get back on the road as well as offering me support. Amazing people in this town! I do not know much about the company itself but they have very sweet and caring people working for them and that makes all the difference especially in the field of work they do. I cannot thank them enough!
several complaints about morning bus driver. She picks on the kids, shuts doors when she sees kids coming, and yells at them the whole bus ride..Several of us complained and they have did nothing. She spends more time checking for feet to make sure they are under seats while driving. Pay attention to the road! kids do not need to be yelled at for 15-30 minutes daily before schools.
First day of school.. the bus driver drives by her house.. now she's scared.. so she gets off at a stop and tells the nice person where she lives... shame on you.. 50 yrs no kid missing.. well.. broke that..
My recent experience with Thomas Bus Services was outstanding. Great customer service in the office and on the road. Cindy, our driver was experienced and focused on our safety.
Terrible transportation service. Never answers their phones. Drivers do NOT arrive on time. Safety of our children is their last priority. Very sad actually.
Thomas bus service is 2nd to none. Especially Jake R! He is very good with the kids!
