We have taken all of our three cars there for years since he opened his shop. He honest and has comparable prices. He does not make up issues that are not there just to charge more than your car needs. If he sees that some repairs can wait until next time he tells you.
We do not complains about his services.

Tom doesn't seem arrogant to me. Every time I've taken my car in for repair (2) different cars he has been upfront and honest. It seems that he cares about making his customers happy. I know nothing about cars, & he patiently answers my questions, even if he is in the middle of a job. His prices are comparable. Tom is my go to mechanic.
