My ac went out just before a planned trip to Oklahoma to clean up family cemetery with my cousin. I could not find any place to get in and when I explained it to Jim he fit me in ! He replaced my condenser and my cold air was working for the trip. Honest and great service and reasonable. Thanks Jim!!!!

Mr Jim Thomas is the most knowledgeable mechanic in Washington Missouri hands down he goes above and beyond The call of duty Mr Thomas Will do things other mechanics in Washington claim they can't do or simply won't he honestly is a hero and saved the day I'm grateful
A mechanic you can trust I believe which is hard to find nowadays
Jim is awesome. HONEST mechanic who knows foreign and domestic well. Make an appointment he is pretty accurate with how long it will take. Very straight forward and will tell you if you need something or not. Has never tried to upsell me and I don't feel like he is trying to get over just because I am a woman like some. Most definitely reccomend, only place I take my Volvo.
He gave me a quote over the phone and I took my truck to him he told me he would need it for 2 days and had it almost a week but when he got to working on it and found one of the parts he quoted me for replacement didn't need replaced he didn't do it and the final bill was way less
I love the fact that this is an old fashion repair shop. Person that helped me was incredibly polite and very quick to help me. Will put on my 1st places to go.
