I feel they appreciated the customer and were more professional, economical and prepared than Enterprise. They actually had a car for me when I reserved one. The staff was friendly and when I needed to talk to an employee, they answered the phone, in person! I needed to extend my time,the first day was very inexpensive, the second day cost a little more but it was still less expensive than Enterprise.
I cannot speak highly enough of Phil and everyone at this shop!!
Phil was one of the very few mechanics who talked to me with respect when I was calling around for estimates on the repair of a busted catalytic converter.
Phil prepared me for other potential costs in regards to parts that might also be damaged due to how my catalytic converter broke. I really appreciate this as it not only shows he knows what he's doing, but it helps understand the full potential cost.
I know this shop is honest and is not out to nickel and dime you. Even if I move across town, I will come back to Thomas and Sons as the service and attitude was that amazing.
Did you know they do tires too?? Saves from having to drive all over to get different things done.

In my opinion Phil is a crook and total shade tree manager. I had the intake manifold replaced on my town car and they put the original thermostat back in (charging me for a new one of course) to make an extra 30 bucks. In turn this caused overheating issues and premature failure of the manifold just after the warranty expired. This business thrives off ignorant West Chester folk who know nothing about cars. Pathetic. Go somewhere else.
Dealt with the first catalytic converter (car has 2) and an oil leak, very understanding of our situation. car ran better than when we first bought it a month ago.
then dealt with alternator and shredded serpentine belt.
first repair job was done quickly and was VERY accommodating to our work situation so that we were able to pick it up. Second repair job they did SUPER QUICK! and understand how much we need our second car to make things work w all our schedules.
great people. Great work. will be our mechanic from now on! very happy with their work and consideration!

Robbed my 1000 dollars without solving my issue.
On the name of solving problem, made me spent more and more and at the end just said to visit the delear to solve the issue.

kind, honest and fast mechanics. I love supporting small family owned businesses when possible and I’m so happy to have found them. Paulee went above and beyond to make sure my car was in good working order and did a lot of work in 1 day. We will definitely be back with any car service needs.
The rear differential went out in my car and I knew I wouldn’t be able to get it very far for repairs. I found Thomas and Sons online and it was so close to my house I decided to give them a call. They got me in the next morning and had my car fixed over the weekend. They were extremely friendly and helpful and the cost for repair was not nearly as bad as I expected. Offered to rotate my tires for free in 5K miles. Definitely recommend.
