A key to the car was possible to be manufactured by a specialist! Great service to the customers. Strongly suggested as a choice.
I got a flat tire in the rain, in front of his business offered him 20$ to help me put my spare on because my jack was missing. He said maybe he'd have time tomorrow. It literally would have taken him 5 minutes. Instead it took me over an hour while he sat there and watched us struggle. Even the man who lent me his jack said, "did you try that guy across the street?"
Another review I read said something like great "place for female customers" I beg to differ.
Great service, great price
Great, honest work at a reasonable price. Great mechanics for female customers. No BS, no talking down to you, no trying to rip you off. The mechanics explain how the broken car part is supposed to work, what happened to make it stop working, and what they did to make it work again. They always start guessing with the cheapest fix first, and that's only after first considering that nothing needs repair. On three separate occasions, other mechanics gave me an incorrect or expensive diagnosis, but when I came to Theriault, the problem was either not as bad as the other mechanic said, or it was fixed with an alternate method for a lot cheaper.
