He didn't give me a time to get my car there to get the transmission changed and when I send it to him he said that I missed my appointment and that he couldn't get over 2 weeks and then wouldn't answer his phone
Terrible place, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE unless you want to wait 2 years to get it back and it STILL NOT BE FIXED!! I have never in my life heard of such a unprofessional business.
Amazing customer service!!!! Honest and affordable... If I ever have car issues i will go to them everytime till they are no longer open! My car is back on the road thanks to them!

I called about my hybrid asking for a technician the receptionist refused to help me, I then told her my problems and then said I need to talk to someone that knows about cars. She got so irate, saying you take your **** somewhere else because I am the co owner and I know about cars. Well I didn’t know that you introduced your self as a receptionist, I was wanting to talk to someone that I could tell the problems I’m having with this car. She ended up hanging up on me after I kept apologizing saying I didn’t know you were a mechanic she then kept raising her voice. After she hung up on me I even called back and the owner answered I apologized and he hung up on me. Very unprofessional.
Held a vehicle for almost 2 months, refused to answer the phone the entire time, no one in office. Never got an explanation. When contact with them was finally made they said they would “throw the da*n transmission in the back, and you can just install it yourself.” Super unprofessional people that just leave unexpectedly without warning, and keep your vehicle in the mean time. Take it to an actual auto shop, this place is a joke
