I made an appointment for car inspection, I got there 20minutes earlier and literally what they said "We do not have a sticker and the guy who does car inspection is leaving so I recommend you to go to Firestone" What kind of business is this? You could've called me that way I did not waste my time.
I do not recommend this place at all.
Scott is the best around. Been taking our family vehicles there for years..
When I needed car parts replaced I’d call him and ask how much it be and would give a good reasonable price. Would leave for a day and pick it up the next day and would have the job done. I recommend.

Repaired but frustrating experience. Took car there for ac recharge. Was told repair guaranteed. Two days later (Thu) ac not working right. Informed Scott was leaving town the following Thu. Bring car in Tues. Dropped car off before they opened. Waited until 3-330 tried to call but no answer and unable to leave message as mailbox is full. Went to shop. Informed compressor fan needed replaced. Car would be ready following day around 3-330. Tried calling again. No answer. Went to shop again. While testing system discovered coolant was seeping out around one hose clamp. When attempting to replace that discovered hose needed replaced and would need car another day because hose not available until following morning. Given 10-1030 time frame to come back. Left shop around 1015. Door handle inside car had grease on it. Steering wheel as well. I understand mechanic's hands get dirty, but use gloves or a rag so the inside of the customer's car doesn't get grease on it. Appreciate the fact that a second problem was discovered and fixed, BUT you can not reach this place by phone. They don't call you to let you know what the issue is. As long as you have time to run out to the shop to find out what's going on, use this place. If your time is important to you, use another garage.
Paid tho have the break backing plates replaced and they didn't put it back together correctly. Took my vehicle back to have it fixed correctly and they still didn't get it right. My car was cleared to be on the road with 3 out of 4 breaks working. Now I'll have to pay to get it fixed correctly
As an employee for a nonprofit organization, we send clients Scott’s way when they need to get auto work done. Never had an issue and Scott is nothing short of a professional. Would recommend to anyone new to the area.
