Site today says that the pharmacy is open until 20.00...... I went up to collect a prescription at 1900 and it was shut.
Normally OK but, occasionally, they aren't open without warning.
Same this morning. Shut due to unforseen circumstances....
Slow and inefficient service when collecting repeat prescriptions and unreliable, has twice recently been closed when scheduled to be open and once was unable to dispense due to a computer failure. Not as good as it has been in the past.
Absolutely horrendous !
Unable to provide correct opening times , never answer the phone , always closed earlier then expected ! Avoid !!!
I am sitting here listening to the phone ringing and nobody picks it up.
The staff lie and so does management. A complaint has gone in and now escalated to the PSA before court where i have sought legal advice under discrimination of dosset boxes.
They say they stopped doing them yet again more done for some but not all.
7 years i had been getting dosset boxes there but now nomore.
13 box3s of pills to work out. Missed a few. Took to many of others. Even doubled up one day. Dangerous situation and its down to them.
Have been continuously ringing the phone for 2 days and no answer. What was I thinking?
Only have to use it when my normal chemist hasn't got what i need the staff are polite waiting times could be quicker though.
New to the area desperately need to see a Doctor to get things sorted in other parts of my life here. I’ve been trying to get an appointment since Monday, I was told I had to contact them on Wednesday - it’s now Wednesday. They don’t make appointments in advance; only next day. So called at 08.20 to find the phone lines were closed. Called at 08.31 to find myself 14th in the queue. When I finally got through I was told all appointments were gone to those who literally queued up at the front door and they saved NONE for anyone trying to call up to book and the only way to ‘possibly!!’ Get one for Friday is to walk in and queue at the door at 8am Thurs, that’s a 30 minute walk for me, whilst sick to chance being able to book a next day appointment - if I’m not too far down the queue of others waiting outside the doors! It’s christmas next week and I think it’s disgraceful. How is one meant to get an appointment round here?
I am on weekly repeat prescriptions at this Pharmacy. Original decision to use this pharmacy was that it is situated within the building at my doctor's surgery. Service so very good. Quick, efficient, friendly, helpful. If they moved 5 miles from the surgery, I would walk there. As they say, "nuff said".
