No puedo entender que te obliguen ir a la barra y pagar por adelantado por no moverse 2 metros a la mesa cuando apenas hay gente. Además si no dices nada te ignora. Muy poca amabilidad la verdad. El capuccino era leche con aroma de café. Fatal la verdad. Lo único bueno el lugar donde está que es espectacular pero para eso vete a cualquiera de los de al lado que no puede ser peor.
El camarero cerró la puerta a las 17:45 me da que 15' antes de tiempo no vaya ser que entre otro cliente...

Decepcionante, la encargada de turno de la tarde (15:30) atiende de mala gana casi que ella misma elige el sabor del helado solo por apurar a nosotros los clientes y de paso quería cobrar 2 veces diciendo que el datáfono está malo y ni lo sabe usar ! ... Muy mal servicio si le pudiera dar cero estrellas lo haría !
Ni siquiera nos han llegado a atender. La empleada, una chica latina, no nos ha dirigido ni la palabra. Le preguntamos si había gofres y nos señaló un papel en la pared (era la carta de cafés...). Tuvimos que buscar nosotros en la carta de una mesa. Después de esperar durante casi 10 minutos viendo a esta desagradable mover tazas por la cafetera, decidimos irnos.
Los Donuts de chocolate estaban riquísimos.
Lo demas tambien todo muy rico, café y smoothie, ???????? y el personal muy amable.????????????????????????
Great Cafe located next to Flamingo Beach. The Cafe has a range of ice cream, milkshakes, smoothies, Coffee and tea. Would definitely recommend the Strawberry milkshake. The staff are really friendly and take there time making the drink for you. You can tell that the quality goes into the drink. Enjoy!
Not sure why the low rating for this place - we loved it! Literally the only place in the area that does proper iced coffees, would recommend for that alone. Our server was so friendly and helpful (both times we went on different days and the service was equally great). Lovely views of flamingo beach if you can get a table outside. It’s very small and there isn’t much food but the coffee and ice cream is delicious. Recommend the walnut gelato and iced latte with vanilla syrup.
Delicious coffee, cakes and vino rosato. As other reviewers rightly noticed, this busy place is mostly a one-woman show. We thank always smiling and optimistic Laura for taking care of us.
I had a disappointing experience at this coffee shop. Unfortunately, they do not accept Google Pay, and I didn't have my cards with me. When I suggested that I'd go to my hotel to get the payment after we finished our ice cream, their response, "what if you're not coming back?" was quite offensive. Waiting with my 2-year-old daughter while my son had to retrieve my cards was far from ideal. This encounter left me with a negative impression of the customer service, and I hope they can improve their approach to handling such situations in the future.
