Travelling down to Exeter today our exhaust decided it wanted to break free and was making one mighty rattle. Pulled in after glancing the garage from the road and the mechanic there (I think Christopher?) took a look, got the car on the ramp and fixed and on our way in half an hour. So incredibly grateful for the experience and brilliant customer service. Thank you!
Honest, Patient, Quick (and reasonably priced).
Guided me through my first motorbike MOT in the UK and were incredibly patient when I was running late and forgot one of the required parts. Also gave advise for a minor repair which I was then able to carry out myself.
Much better attitude than the KTM dealer who I tried to take it too previously. Highly recommended and will be going back to them with my van as well.

Charged more than originally quoted over the phone despite me describing the exact issue and saying what needed to be done. When I was called when the works were midway through I asked how much we're looking at. Was told £180 plus MOT as I had that booked as well. When I was called when they were finished, it was suddenly nearly double. Extremely unhappy with the whole situation and the response from the mechanic was extremely rude. Quite frankly, would never visit again. The only redeeming quality was that they offered to stay until 5pm so I could collect the bike when I finished work as the hours online were also incorrect.
