After a major repair, the garage staff ensured me that my car has been repaired and runs perfectly. Took my car and the engine cut off 3 times before I get home. Went back to the garage, they again ‘repaired’ my car and had 50 miles test drive (without me) and again ensured me that the car runs perfectly. Again, I could not drive home safely as the engine was constantly cutting off. We never discussed any risks associated with the repair, but only the benefits. I was advised that if next time I bring back the car to the garage, they would replace some part which was expensive and I had to pay for it. Didn’t trust them again. As a result, I ended up scrapping the car. It was that bad and non-drivable. Very disappointed from their services and constant lies.
Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff with prices beyond reasonable! Best value for money across Reading! Our company frequently uses The Workshop to service, repair or MOT our fleet and these guys have been nothing but curteous and professional! They are always quick to respond and quite proactive when it comes to emergencies as well! Can't recommend this place highly enough - you can't go wrong!

Been recommended by a friend and i can say that is the best service been so far. I have a bmw and bmw's are quite fussy cars, need to know them and i have no words how good they know what they doing!
