A lovely little pub off the beaten track. The lady behind the bar was very friendly and my girlfriend and I were made to feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this pub to anyone! ☆☆☆☆☆
I went in to the Woolpack Inn for a quiet drink with the hubby and it was great we got chatting to some of the locals who were really friendly and the barmaid made us feel really welcome.
It's quite small inside but comfortable and welcoming. Will certainly go back again
Just dropped in for a quick pint on way back to our hotel left 6 pints later brilliant pub bar staff fantastic made to feel welcome and had lots of banter with the locals definitely deserves 5 stars one of the best pubs in penrith I can't wait to visit again
Another Penrth gem. Up there with the Robin Hood. Locals go here and the staff and prices are good
Though plenty of spirits were available most customers were drinking beer when we visited (7pm Saturday). The feisty female owner took no nonsense from a group of somewhat noisy callow youths and ejected one after something smashed. Horse racing on the TVs. Go for the beer (well-known brands) not the wine.

Wow, what a local. Full of colorful characters. Little Intimidating if you're not used to pubs. I could have stayed all evening. May be next visit, I will ????
