Thank you for a horrible second experience. You have officially lost a customer. Both times horrible customer service. On two separate occasions, months apart, we decided to order out food from here. Both times the young lady at the register just had a terrible attitude and provided terrible customer service. On this last visit, after placing an order over the phone, when I went to go pick up the food, the young lady just pushed the bags of food towards me and stated “cash or credit.” After swiping my card I stood there waiting to accept the charges on the machine but she accepted everything on her side. (I didnt even know that was possible) She then pushed the sodas towards me, gave me a nasty look and walked away. When I got home thats when I realized we were missing a meal but was charged for it.
Have given this place several chances, unfortunately there has been no change. Disgusting customer service, always charged for extra food, NEVER have received a correct order. I tried to get my money back once a few months ago and the young lady yelled at me accusing me of stealing a meal (FYI I had not left the store)! We will not be returning and will not be recommending this place.
Just arrived at 7:15pm to make an order after seeing they close at 8pm. My dinner plans fell through, so decided to come here last min to try out the food for the first time. Unfortunately, the young kids working the closing shift just straight up denied my order and claimed to have shut the kitchen down already. I mentioned their business hours to them and the young man at the window uses the excuse, “I’m sorry, we turned everything off already because we’re short staffed.” While the girl who seemed to be working the kitchen just stared at me with a rude glare. Ya’ll need to do something about this, because it’s unprofessional service like this that ruins first time experiences at places with great reviews on the food. I have worked at many restaurants and know that this is unacceptable.
Such a sweet girl at the counter. Good was fresh and reasonably priced. $20 for 2 burgers & 2 fries.
I've eaten here a couple times while watching baseball games. I've gotten the bacon cheeseburger and my husband got the Wolf burger. Food is really good. Tastes fresh. Fries were also nice and hot. With the combo you get a 32 oz drink which will last the whole game. Their shakes look yummy, so I'd like to try that next.
Very nice service and good local food
Drove 20miles for them to be closed after I saw online that they open at 11:30am but showed up at 1:45pm and was told they don't open till 2pm. 3 star cause the employees were nice and attentive. But I don't like the inconvenience of having to wait after it said online they open at 11:30am.
I’m not a big fan of burgers but these were delicious. My kids who are McDonald’s addicts have switched over and want to come back here. I’ll definitely be coming back every time I come back to visit.
Amazing service, really friendly. If you haven’t come here I encourage you all to visit. 11/10
