I and my family love this place! Great food and great service! I highly recommend this place!!
Love this place , but just had a horrible customer service from Lin (manager/owner?).
I call to order and in my order I wanted extra mushrooms in my soup(as I've ordered numerous times before)
She told me it was not poossible and that I didn't understand that it was extra-quite rudely-i replied that I understood and was fine with it .
Once I got to the restaurant:
1. My order wasn't ready and had to wait (I got there 10min after Lin told me it would be ready) with her excuse being she couldn't read her own writing...
2. There was no extra mushrooms in the soup-but found this only after I got home.
I called again and got accused I didn't ask for the extra mushrooms. They said they'd prepare them and for me to come back. I got charged for them and Lin completely ignored me - not even offered an apology (even non committal like 'sorry I might have not understood your orders' )
Extremely disappointed by the customer service from Lin. I hope this gets addressed.
Amazing hot and sour soup. Food is always fresh. Service is fast. We've been going there for many years.
Classic Chinese fast buffet dishes, fresh ingredients, very large portions. Leftovers are a second meal. Great place.
They survived three Giant commercial food grocery store chains next to them all along selling great food to the masses.
This is our place to come for Chinese food! :-) always good food and it is fresh and very well priced and they give you a lot! :-)
Always friendly and kind, very helpful and the food is great. You must check out their food.
Always amazing. The best Chinese food around. We drive from Paramount just for this because we love it snd miss it since we moved.
