Me and my work colleagues after a long day of graft thought we treat ourselves to well deserved fish and chips but I can honestly say this is hands down the most inedible fish and chips I ever had. The only good thing was the portion size of the soggy chips. The saveloy was Baltic cold, the chicken fillet burger wasn’t even in a fillet was just strips of chicken being heated by a lamp that’s not on. The burger was drowned in bbq sauce but it still wasn’t enough to revive the moisture in the burger. If you are thinking about getting food from here, wasn’t worth the wait at the cash point because they don’t take card either. If you are thinking of getting food from here turn around and step into the road because you’ll get better food at the hospital.
Nice chips. Good flavour and not to much oil. Curry sauce wasn't for me bit wasn't horrible. Great service.
Lovely owners, always really friendly and welcoming. Their food is amazing! Best skinless cod ever and the chips are lovely and fresh and chunky. Everything is cooked perfectly. They don’t accept debit cards, it’s cash only, but there’s a cash point on the corner of the road to get cash from.
Unfortunately the chips we received were awful, stone cold & just horrible.....all the portions we received were thrown away.
Very disappointed.
Best takeaway in Ramsey. Always cooked to perfection, everything on the menu is lovely! Reasonably priced too. Very friendly staff. Incredible idea about putting salad separate when ordering kebabs. Highly recommend 5*
People running the place are so kind and friendly and gave great customer service. They put in a portion of spicy potatoes for free which was extremely kind of them. Will buy from here more often. Amazing place and people.
Husband and I were sitting by the river once eating delicious chips (huge portions)and perfectly battered sausages (the batter was not soggy like some places) and some people from out of the area in a boat could smell them metres away ,they asked where we got them from ,so they took a walk (following our directions)and got their own,they were very impressed too and thanked us repeatedly,so that was four happy customers.
