What a fantastic Xmas lunch today. Food was delicious and hot. Timings were perfect and all the STAFFwere absolute brilliant from start to finish. So glad we were able to bring mum who has been in hospital. She ate so much for her and loved it. It will be memories that we will treasure. Thank you all. Please don't go to this pub as its hard enough to book as it is. We have been going for about 10 years and never had a bad meal I'm booking again soon and want a table

Sunday dinner here is fantastic. We live 2hrs away and I'd say it's still the best.
I'd recommend the beef. Amazingly tender, cooked to perfection, never had a bad bit of beef here. Plenty of veg, nothing under or over cooked. Catered for gluten free too. Puddings are brilliant too. All homemade, all excellent.
