Had a lovely lunch here today, the service was great, and the atmosphere was really nice. Love the refurb! Looking forward to coming back!
Garlic bread is awful but the pizzas are absolutely lovely!
Good hot tasty food at a very reasonable price. Service was excellent.
Another excellent meal, the gravy with the sausage and mash was really tasty.
Getting better, the food was good, if anything, there was just too much of it.
Probably one of the best Sunday roasts that we have had. Plenty of fresh vegetables, carrot, beans, snap peas, brocoli, cauliflower and leek in a cheese sauce all perfectly cooked, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, Yorkshire pudding lashings of gravy. We had the roast beef and turkey of which there was a generous portion, the beef was tender and not too rare, perfect, the turkey was moist and delicious.
7 of us had the festive fayre menu last night , all of us really enjoyed it , food was excellent, staff were lovely ???? good atmosphere.

Dinner for nine.
Booked a table for nine people. A family gathering. Food was amazing (make sure you are hungry) I ordered fish and chips it was huge!!! Hand cut chips with salad garnish and mushy peas ... delicious..... no room for dessert. Will I go back again you bet your bottom dollar I will. Highly recommended. landlord a smashing chap staff very attentive. I feel lucky to have this establishment in my doorstep. Please come and try it for yourself you will not be disappointed.
