This place is horrible I was charged way to much to get a full in with a closer. it was around 195t here. so I was short some money because first of all the lady that took my appointment never gave me a Price. So I'm thinking it's should be the same as last time 125 I'm getting the same thing done only I have a closer this time so I bring bout 160. So when I got there there was another lady there getting her hair done my appointment was at 2pm I sat in this salon for 4 hours to get my hair done finally the other lady got fish with her hair. I didn't leave the salon to bout 7. Now I was shot money because it came up to 195. So I told them I needed to run home m get some money. The lady on the phone I guess she the owner gone charge me a extra 20 bucks cuz I had to go get some more money. N need I remember u after I gave them the money I realized my closer the girl did was messed up she didn't know what she was doing. I'm never going to them again.
The hair is amazing. Nothing like the other hair salons I've been too. My stylist who is very professional ,Raponza was the best she took care of all my needs. She was very well mannered and knew exactly what she was doing. She took the time out to add special details that i wanted like dying my hair to the color of my liking. The service their is Exquisite . The music they play their is so relaxing and soothing. If you ever need your hair done or a quick fix up this is the go to place. It is well worth the wait and money. Recently while in Vegas, I needed to get my hair done for a military ball I was attending. I called and spoke with the receptionist 3 times to confirm that they had availability for walks ins that day, they sold hair, and to inform her that I would be there in a hour once my hair was washed and blow dried to have my hair done. As promised, I showed up an hour later at 2 PM and the shop was completely closed and SHUT DOWN! Not only do hours state they are open until 7PM, but I spoke with someone three times prior to coming. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful. I was lucky enough to find a stylist to do my hair elsewhere the same day.
I went here about 2 weeks ago meme did my hair. I brought my own hair which was 3 packs I was unaware I would be charged a extra $25 for my own bundle I provided for them to sew in. Like I understand if they provided the hair then yeah but like I already spent 200 on my bundles and now I’m paying 100 for a sew in and a extra fee because they feel like 2 bundles is enough for every woman’s head then she didn’t even put my whole 3rd bundle in and there is hella spaces in my sew in. Talk about a 99$ install. They are so literal she didn’t even flat iron my whole head she just did my leave out. I originally didn’t want any leave out at all but the woman made it seem so terrible so now I’m unhappy with my sew in and the fact that I have to deal with unwanted leave out.
This is the worst place I have ever been to In My Life. This place is very unprofessional and unorganized.
First I walked in and made an appointment for a vixen platinum blonde Body Wave weave and we work custom painting it black to Grey ombre. The girls at the front desk said that they were calling the owner to make sure they had their hair for the next Saturday, the girl told me I should be receiving a call within two or three days which I never received I called and when I called nobody had a clue what I was talking about. The lady on the phone scheduled me for the same Services again and said that everything would be ready by Saturday. Note: This is my second time calling. I called two other times to ask if the body Wave weave platinum blonde was In yet, same run around. But I was like Hey it might just be the front since they said they have been have new receptionist come in.
I come in to my appointment on Saturday at 2 and guess what I was not booked for a appointment nor do they know anything about what I'm talking about still, the owner's husband saw all the commotion and came to talk to me. Saying he was going to walk me over to his wife so I could talk to her. I told her what I needed done and how many times I have scheduled the same appointment she said she would get me in and do my hair. And then everything would be fine they did not have the body Wave weave I was asking for in platinum blonde she said they don't even buy a Body Wave weave in platinum blonde so she has no idea with the receptionist was talking about. They said they could do me the vixen 4 Way weave then they said they couldn't do it because my hair was too thin. So we ended up doing something else. It looked beautiful at first , but then people started noticing gray spots all over the back of my head where the weave wasn't fully dyed black and you could tell I had a weave in . The lady said I would be able to put it up in a ponytail I can't. Is blotches of Grey everywhere in the back of my head. The stylist made the weave so tight that I now have red pus filled blisters all over my head where the weave was.
I paid a little over $700 , Ripoff!
I was charged way too much money for their "exclusive" S.E.X. brand hair. They haggled me over pricing and quoted me something totally different than I actually paid. For two bundles of 22" black hair and one bundle of 24" hair I paid $160 per bundle plus was charged an extra $165 for dieing the hair to be ombre and another $175 for installation only to have hair that has barely been in for a little over a week and is extremely loose and literally breaking off daily. When i come the hair despite the fact that I have treated it with deep conditioner, it looks horrible and im extremely unsatisfied considering the hair alone was almost $500 and NOT human hair. The woman who did my hair took a total of 7 hours and was not by any means "professional". Eating while doing someones hair is not ok and considering the fact that no one else was even in the salon, I should have taken the hint. $820 later I would highly suggest doing research before committing to anything with this place and as the say their "Vegas pricing". Maybe I just got bad luck, but i definitely wish i waited and went somewhere else.
Total garbage and i wish i could give no stars!!! The stylist Brianna is terrible and unprofessional as well as the front desk worker, Nisha. I have an important event so, wanted to get slayed... I paid close to $700 for a frontal sew in and 2 bundles 20in. I wanted straight 14 and 16 inches. Which they were out of stock. No biggie. Big hair don't care. However She installed 20 inches with a frontal of a different curl pattern! Lace front was slipping as i drove home 20 mins away! Did not trim, shape the hair. Didn't even pluck frontal!! DON'T WASTE YOUR ????
***UPDATE*** Went back today and got slayed by Denise...
I'm giving it a 1 because I absolutely HATED my hair...when it was suggested that I go there I was told to make an appointment with Jackie or Jason so when I called and they set me up with Jason I didnt have a problem with that. Before I sat down to get my hair done I handed him my front lace closure and said "this wont look like a wig will it" he said no. When he finished I was kind of in a hurry I really didnt care for the style but I had a friend waiting on me &'d thats an easy fix, got home wanted to play with my hair and change the style immediately my sister &'d I noticed the frontal wasnt placed correctly, my braids were showing on the right side, called back in he asked Jackie to fix it, she DEFINITELY made it look better and she was also honest in letting me know that Jason would have to remove the entire closure to fix it, called in on my next off day as advised by Jackie and I clearly heard the girl that answered the phone tell Jason it was me he said "no" they started laughing she got back on the phone she well Jason is booked for the day, and so is Jackie, ill just book you with Sativa at 3:30...went in at 3:30 Sativa wasnt there Melanie the girl at the front desk was nice to begin with til she figured out why I was there and she was very non chalant about the entire situation showed 0 empathy just kept talking about charging me to redo it...the girl that sits at the station next to Jason kept giving my sister and I dirty looks (unprofessional)... probably upset about the way I talked about Jasons work "oh well" maybe he's good at partial weaves I dont know, but "if you have a frontal Im telling you with Gods love in my heart dont go to Jason" the next day I contacted Ferrari (the owner) definitely appreciated her professionalism in the whole situation she told me call me back let me know if you can come in before you leave to California &'d ill take care of you...didnt have time to get it fixed til I got to California and the stylist that fixed it did an awesome job with what was left of my frontal she told me I needed to buy a new one (I paid 130.00 for my frontal) and Jason ruined it...business &'d attitude is everything I paid 180 for the install and a total of 425 for my hair didnt get the results or the response I was looking for, until I spoke with Ferrari, Jason had me looking like I had been involved in a preschool riot so if I do go back it will only be for her or Jackie.
