This is a fine dining restaurant. Expect fine dining prices. It should have $$$ signs in its review. The place is small and quaint. The decorations are a mix with some items completely out of place. These of course are personal opinions. The staff is friendly, competent and interested in making your experience pleasurable. Food is fine dining quality. Wish the new owners good luck and will plan to visit on a special occasion. One note is to put your menu on view outside near the entrance.

Tasty morsels of delight; Watermark has a small, well focused menu, decent pricing, fast service, and a warm attentive wait staff.

Don't be put off by the dirt parking lot, or location. At this point... no reservations required. Go, taste, enjoy. Loved the grilled Caesar Salad... and more! Mmmmm scallops.

We finally went to this restaurant and it was worth it. The place is a perfect size. Only a few tables. Not crawled. Very cozy and elegant. It has a home feeling. Perfect for a romantic dinner or dinner with the family. The food is exquisite, original, the ingredients are fresh and in the right portion. I only hope they had a kid's menu, but we were informed that they are working on one. The service was very friendly and attentive. They offer a Military discount. Peter went about and beyond. We are looking forward to our next visit.
Ate here tonight, a very nice hidden gem. I had the grouper and it was very good on a bed of ploenta. My wife had a pasta dish with shrimp and she loved it as well. The menu is as it should be for upscale food, a beef choice, chicken choice, veg choice, and a fish choice. I rather have one if each that is very good than 15 of each that is so so. The staff was very personable and right on. We will go back again. Loved it.
I have lived in Palm Bay since May of 2011. The Watermark Grille is top notch. The wait staff is spot on, the wine and beer selection is really good (something for everyone), the food is AMAZING ????????! Everything is so so tasty. The plates come out looking like they belong in a magazine, they are absolutely beautiful looking. Everything from exterior to interior is very clean and eloquently done. They even have this really cute area with a sofa to sit and unwind with a glass of wine. The outside faces the Indian River Lagoon. This place has something for everyone and any kind of occasion really. The patio is very simple and fresh. Highly recommend the Watermark definitely our new favorite place to go. Any foodie type person needs to give this place a try. They even buy locally!!!!!!! The surrounding restaurants have nothing on this place.
This little restaurant on Route 1 is a true gem. There menu, though a bit limited is a variety of uniqueness. All served in a fresh, bright and flavorful way. The chef is extremely gifted and it shows in his presentation and choice of entrees. As for the staff, A+. Great wine list and they also serve beer. No liquor yet. They open at 5. Seating is limited so maybe a reservation is a good idea. I highly recommend this new gem in our community.
Water Mark Grille just catered our businesses Thanksgiving Luncheon that we hold every year for our employees. We were nervous because we were using them for the first time, and didn't know what to expect. We did not want to disappoint our over 60 employees. WOW!! What a fantastic Thanksgiving meal they prepared for us!. Every dish was delicious and we had plenty of food. They set everything up for us, and told us not to worry about a thing. We didn't have to!! Trisha was wonderful to work with and we will definitely use them again to cater an affair for us.
