Lovely pub, very friendly staff.
Food was lovely!
Most Sunday roasts are good, few are great. The meal at the waterfront was definitely great. Choice of four roasts, with all the trimmings (and I mean all), fabulous caring service, great value, lovely staff, really interesting memorabilia on the walls (I got particularly excited about thin Lizzy in the toilets). Cozy log fires, round tables, plenty of space, dog friendly, I could go on and on

Didn't try the food but a quirky little place. Menu looked great though and the food I saw coming out looked fab. Staff are friendly. Very clean and well maintained toilets. Log fire as well adds to the ambience. I am impressed.

It was our first time at the waterfront bar and bistro. The food was absolutely amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I absolutely loved the atmosphere there and would highly recommend. Such a lovely location.
A bank holiday visit. Bar and tables plus garden open while downstairs was shut.View of canal and barges from some tables.Tables well spaced. Helpful and friendly staff.Food very very average. We only had ciabattas which came with fries and slaw but although nothing really wrong with them were so unspecial we wished we hadn't bothered - Maybe it was the slightly warm mass of soft ciabatta.
We stop here every year on our way from Norwich to Sidmouth. Clean toilets, good food and drink and dog friendly upstairs in the bar. Lovely walk along the canal to stretch your legs after a long drive.
Such a great place. We just did supper club, Thurs night. Excellent food at a brilliant price.
