No food. The atmosphere is amazing and personalized. Dont have to be out with a crowd of random ppl. Thats amazing. Their drinks on the other hand are way too expensive for no reason at all. Yes my drink was good but it was a regular sized cup for 14 or 15 bucks. Never again. Idc the event if I ever go back. But their service, customer service is top tier. Those who got it will enjoy it. Drinks are good. You can see the cup and its not worth the price at all.

The highlight of our experience was our server Christine. Every other staff member was extremely rude, unprofessional, and our room was not prepared before we came in. Our TVs didn’t work, the speakers were blown, and the security was constantly coming in during songs and then just leaving. It was super weird. The owner also came in and yelled at our server for a remote control being on the table? It wasn’t a great look. I don’t like to support businesses that treat their staff that way/ especially in front of me.

This was a really fun experience overall but plan to be on your own once you start. The server was great with coming to the room to get drink orders but the rest of the staff were occupied with other things.

My only complaint is the app that they use for the music was constantly malfunctioning and we spent a lot of our paid time trying to fix it with, and without, their help. When we pointed this out, the staff did not take responsibility or offer any partial compensation for the wasted time which is not good business practice so I will not be a returning customer.

I would highly recommend sending them a song list in advance rather than search as you go so that your list just plays through automatically and you don’t have to touch anything.

Just celebrated my birthday here over the weekend and we LOVED it! Everyone had a blast! Will definitely be back but book the room longer next time! The only kind of complaint I had was the wait time on our drinks was pretty long, however this didn’t interfere with our fun etc because we pre gamed prior lol. I’m sure they were just busy.

We arrived 5-10 minutes before our reservation for a birthday party to make sure everything would go smoothly. When we entered, the worker said we couldn’t wait for a couple minutes at the bar until the room was available and said we’d need to wait outside (wind chill well in the negatives). We asked the party that reserved the main area if they’d mind us waiting inside and they were more than happy to let us stay inside. While waiting, we tried ordering drinks and the main bartender made a rude remark about how he wasn’t making us anything and if someone said we could get drinks, then that person can come behind the bar and make them. We get to the room 10-15minutes after our reserved time and the lady who walked us back was very kind and told us that they were going to give us an extra half hour at no cost. The man who wanted us to wait outside when we first got there ended up being our server. I ordered my last couple drinks and saw my tab at just over $100 so when I went to close out I expected it to be around $120-$130… I go to close out and see that it is $190. And he was rushing to swipe my card to where I had to block the card reader to keep him from swiping it. I look at the tablet and between my last order and closing out, he charged the additional 30minutes to my tab ($50 or $60). I took him back to the lady from earlier and she cleared it up, but it seemed a little sketchy how he tried tacking that on since we already discussed with them who was paying for the room. The two ladies that were working I would give 5/5 but otherwise it was not the best experience

It is a fantastic place to make a reservation for a big party for karaoke night. There are plenty of song options to choose from! I enjoyed my time here for my friend's birthday party karaoke night.

We had so so much fun singing and dancing until the wee hours of the morning. The atmosphere is stunning. Make reservations dependent on your group size. This is a medium room (right, Blair?)You order your drinks in your room and use the iPad on the wall to choose all the songs in the. I hope there will be more artist selections.

So I had my 35th Birthday here last year 2022 And it was amazing our servers were attentive they gave us privacy but were also ready and available when we called for service. The rooms were immaculate,the drinks were good. I'm a light weight so it doesn't take much for me at all, I'm also a nerd and love to read everything so all of the policies and procedures I was aware of prior to arriving to my reservation bc why wouldn't you want to be in the know of every possible rule at a place where you're spending upwards $500. Alot of the negative comments just seem like people should take more time to read before booking. Alot of things ppl are complaining about are policies rules and guidelines cearly stated on the website. Anywhooo myself and my party of 14 had an AMAZING time plan to do it again this year.
