Just came here for a drink after a cold day's walking with a group. There's a great selection of beer and cider on tap and the guy serving was very friendly. There was a lovely fire going!

Awesome! Lovely pub, not a wine bar despite the name. 9 real ales and 6 ciders plus an array of other drinks. Beer garden, friendly locals. No food but there's a nice chippy nearby which the pub allow you to eat in there. Two pool tables, regular entertainment and great prices. Loved it! I shall return!

My girlfriend and I visited the Vine inn after looking at flooring for our patio at rolling stones which is just over the road. We were greeted by a very friendly lady who worked at the pub. I had a pint of San Miguel which was served in a chilled glass and was an EXCELLENT pint. I will be going back to sample other beers on the menu. When we visited in August 2016 they did not offer food.
Pubs are plain and simple, two things count, the beer and atmosphere. This pub has both, the staff are friendly and the beer is amazing, the landlord knows his stuff.
Friendly village pub which is nicely decorated without being too posh. A fine selection of real ales and ciders. No evidence of food other than filled rolls when we visited.
