When reaching in the fridge on the top shelf a can accidentally fell out the lower part of the fridge due to overstocking and it broke, I passed this to the shop keeper who put this in the bin.
I then went to pay and he charged me for the broken can! He refused to let me not pay for it although he had put it in the bin and it was a genuine accident!!
Actually appalled how tight can you get it’s not like there prices are overly cheap!
It's very handy It's at the end of our road it sells a lot of item's recommend it
Basic village shop. It used to be excellent. Seems unfriendly. Nowadays. Such a shame I used to like taking my grandchildren there.
This family have turned this shop around and are now a big part of the local community. Open loads so every one can get the things they have forgotten and so helpful. The deals they have on are amazing and need checking out daily. Huge thank you to everyone involved. Could not love our village shop more :)
