We went to the Village Bakery on the off chance whilst working in Bradford. And what can i say the Food was Amazing, although it was only a ham salad it was super fresh and super tasty. And to be greeted by a ginger goddess on arrival was fantastic. Super Friendly. Highly recommend.
I am a regular at the village bakery the sandwiches are delicious and the hot food is always cooked to my liking.plenty of choice in fillings,and pies, and also the cake selection
I would certainly recommend the village bakery to anyone and the staff are very friendly .
I got a breakfast and a ham salad sandwich. It advertises 2 spam with the breakfast but they give you one slice cut in half which is rather sneaky. Other than that I thought the food was very nice
The tuna sandwich was amazing. I haven't had such a tasty and filling tuna sandwich for a very reasonable price in a very long time. This place was recommended to me. The lovely lady who served me was very understanding of my religious beliefs and assured me there was no cross contamination with non halal produce, washed her hands and even used a different side of the worktop to prepare my food on which I really appreciated. Very hygienic place.
The vintaged Village bakery, the taste of everything is absolutely delicious, classic and also brings back childhood memories. Originally it was 2 doors up when I was a child, but I’m so glad the daughter is running this place and hope it stays this way.
I believe Hanson bakery(closed down now) on Duckworth lane is a relative of Village bakery as the food taste the just same with a vintage lovely taste.
From pasties, sandwiches, jackets potato’s and many more!! I absolutely love it,.

The food is really nice. However, one particular worker who calls out the orders to collect was rude to one of my friends , when my friend simply asked her if she needed to give the woman the ticket she snatched it and laughed. Then as my friends exited the lady shouted "No need to be so rude", immaturely. I suggest customer service needs to be improved.
Good food, good place, great staff.10/10, would recommend!!
