I can’t say enough good things about this place. We stayed in two of their rooms, and it was so clean and comfortable. The store Carrie’s just about anything you need. The microwave and refrigerator work well. The ac was perfect, and the staff was super friendly! The internet was almost non-existent, but I knew that going in! Highly, highly recommend! ||||There is also a bath house with a washer and dryer. Extremely clean!!
I brought my kids on a mini hunting trip and stayed here. The room was nice, the location was great, but the wifi barely reached the room and only in certain spots at random times. The breakfast burrito they served for breakfast was ok but still cold in the middle lol. The service was just ok, nothing spectacular. Overall we really liked it. The rates are about what I expected. It's absolutely beautiful there.
I loved this place. Room was on the smaller side but perfectly adequate. It has been updated and was spotlessly clean. The photos online don’t do justice to how nice it is. The beautiful salmon river was literally steps from our door. Wildlife everywhere and spectacular scenery. Excellent staff was friendly and informative. I’m definitely staying there again.
This was a nice small park to stay at. Sites are plenty big enough for most anyone. Was able to ride our atv's straight from the park. The only downside is not the park, but cell service. AT&T is non existent there. We would stay again.
Most people probably use The Village at North Fork as a summer destination for fishing on the Salmon, but it is an awesome place to stay in the winter, too! We used it as our home base to ski Lost Trails just 22 miles up the road, and it was perfect. Our room was comfortable and neat with a mini pot-bellied stove (gas flame) for heat. We had a microwave and fridge as well. The store has MORE than everything you'll need for snacks, meals, and drinks. The owners and staff were all super friendly and accommodating for us as well. We will definitely be returning to The Village in the summer AND the winter.
Really great store and handy it is right by the camp. Most the people who work here are really great and super nice. A few of them like to let their politics get involved with the way they treat people that come in and I just think there ir a time and place for things like that not in your place of business. That aside like I said it is a really great store.
This place checked a lot of boxes for us:||On the river? The Salmon runs through it (and the North Fork of the Salmon, too).||Great views? Absolutely.||Cool general store with beer and wine? Cheers!||Outdoor outfitter with lots of great river gear? Totally.||Friendly folks? You bet.||Clean bathrooms? Yup.||Full hook-up RV spot? Yippie!||Gas station? Fill'er up!||Heck, they're even home to the North Fork, Idaho Post Office, if you need to ship something. ||||We were on an RV adventure to Montana and back, and spent a night at the riverfront RV Park here at The Village at North Fork. It was a friendly, well-kept place, with nice amenities for the guests...wi-fi, clean bathrooms, easy river access.||The store is well stocked with food, beverages, souvenirs, river gear, etc. They also have two motel buildings on property. And a restaurant, though it seemed temporarily closed? ||||Very nice little "village" for the travelers. A short drive north of Salmon on the lovely Highway 93. Thanks for the hospitality.
Great place! We stayed here for a night on our roadtrip. There's not much around but that's part of the charm. It really is a little "village" though. They have gas, food, and a general store. We stayed in the lodge but they also have a campground. The lodge itself was nice. The room was small but it was clean. You can walk up to the salmon river and hang out. It was also very quiet there. I'd stay here again if I'm ever passing through in the future.
