Went in for food, only people in back area. A few at bar/ front area. Even with a lack of people it felt comfortable. Ok menu, good choices all reasonably priced. Waitperson took our drink order, and food order. Interacted well with us. Food came out well presented and hot. We all enjoyed the food. Decent pints of lager and cider average price for town centre. Would go back
Popped in for dinner. They were out of steak pie so we chose goujons and chicken curry. Very tasty. Good portion size, attentive staff. Area kind of desserted in the evenings. ???? Maybe it was because it was a Tuesday and we found many places closed.

Lorraine Pattison as Dolly was absolutely fantastic. What a woman! She sings, dances and had the patter of Dolly herself
Very good sports bar in Perth city centre. Good beer, whisky, haggis fries, music, tv's and friendly staff...
We loved this place. So beautiful and quaint. Old fashioned furniture, many different rooms that allow to feel cosy with your group of friend separated a bit from the other guests.
They have a huge list of gin types and make a lot of tasty cocktails.
Staff is very welcoming and accommodating. When they didn't have eggs for one of the cocktails, they offered a free drink while someone ran to pick up some eggs. It was very unusual. Everyone loved there and wanted to come back.
I went to the Venue before Christmas for a meal and drinks and it was really good. Got a voucher to spend in January and February. Went on Saturday but we were disappointed. The service and the atmosphere were still very good but the food wasn't. We were told we'd have to wait for 25 minutes and we appreciated that. We ordered paninis.......we got baguettes.....without explanation. They were kind of thrown together and we had to send one back as there was next to nothing in it.........chips were good! We noticed that people at 2 other tables weren't happy either and had to send food back.
I was amazed at how good this place is. Really fantastic food and very helpful staff. Service was excellent. Went above and beyond to accommodate us. Making the 3 year old with us feel very welcome and her own special meal. Well done folk will definitely be back soon
Our lovely B&B host in Perth (see my other review) recommended us the venue and it was brilliant. The room in the back offers a wide variety of chairs and tables and after having found one that was high enough for me to sit at, we got a pot of tap water with cucumber and peppermint - off to a great start.
Choice of dinner was comparably small but the meals were comparably big, very tasty, and skillfully made. Also, the 2 or 3 course menu cost only a little extra but are definitely worth it. Prices for drinks seemed a little steep, but I can highly recommend the venue, because of the venue (you can sit at a piano if you want), nice staff, high quality and reasonable prices.
