An okay pub. Very, very quiet and not much of an atmosphere, it feels like you’re sitting in a strangers home. They also don’t take card which was a let down. The staff were kind and friendly but it can do with an upgrade, such as the small seating area and small bathrooms. It’s not the worst though!
Lovely place and staff were very welcoming, the beef was outstanding, the only down fall was the dinner wasn't hot enough.
One of the last surviving pubs in the area considering there was four back in the late 80's early 90's...brilliant atmosphere and great staff. Friendly locals with a pub still full of character...John the landlord is always happy to help put a smile on everyone's face.
They don't serve food but drink prices are unmatched lovely place
