Ultimate Body Shop had my truck for almost 9 weeks after being told it would be ready same week it was dropped off. Today FINALLY got truck back. Third door scrubbed when being opened/closed. This wasn't the case when it was taken to them. Also paint did not match. They did take the time to take it back to the body shop to align door. After almost 9 weeks of being inconvenienced and told multiple lies, we are DONE with Ultimate and do not recommend. Maybe new owners we run the business better.

This place is outstanding! I was referred by my mom after they had gotten her in and out with a front bumper replacement that looks brand new. A couple weeks later, I had to have my back bumper replaced. They're so friendly, helpful, and efficient. The new bumper looks AMAZING and they even cleaned my car inside and out. Would highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

There is nothing like these guys! They were very professional and kind. I was involved in a serious car accident in January 2023. My vehicle should have been totaled. They went above and beyond to repair my vehicle. Because of Covid, it took a while for it to be repaired. I had reached my limit regarding the rental after a month, and they were so gracious to provide me with a loaner vehicle until my car could be repaired. The company treats you as more than a customer, but as a member of the family. In the future, I will be returning to them for all my automotive needs.

They did so great for our sons car. Like new again. Mother-in-law was in an accident a couple weeks later, they had someone there in just a few minutes.

Very professional and excellent service. My wife and I have hit quite a few deer of the past years with different vehicles and we have always had David and his crew handle it for us. I am very curious about the vehicles we own and wouldn’t take them anywhere else. Service is quick and looks brand new when you get them back. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Ultimate came highly rated from State Farms list of business, as well at found online reviews. Based on the good reviews, I chose them over Team Chevy of Goldsboro and Deacon Jones, which also had similar reviews and recommendations. While I did have a few customer service concerns pertaining to lack of communication, expected delivery date, and paint damage found on the area of repair, the staff at Ultimate made efforts to address and rectify my concerns and made things right with me. I would return again and would give them another chance at having my business.
