After visiting the Raj decided to give the True Briton a try. Classic pub with good vibe. The manager John and bar staff Ann were excellent. I’ll definitely be making this my regular drinking spot!
Great atmosphere, excellent drink and food tasty and abundant.
Great little pub very friendly. Love it there. Good Pool table and dart board. They have live music and many other things going on.
Lovely place friendly people. New management, lots of events coming up. Well worth a visit
Lovely atmosphere young lady bar tender was so pleasant and friendly, but only one real ale on and also jukebox music too loud and was still too loud after being turned down seems like the regulars are in charge!!
Very small pub, little seating, two picnic tables out front (which are rotting) to sit on but the smoking area out back is so dark dingy and stinky that all smokers stand out front. Bar area is small with only one attendant and most patrons sit on the bar stools around the bar so you have diffuculty getting served and they don't sell Guinness!
Found it very welcoming when on arrival, landlady was very friendly and up for a chat. Would recommend for a drink with a few mates, will return.
As a live sports bar, I was a bit disappointed here. Only one tv was showing live sports with no sound. Also edibles are very limited. Not much to buy to bite or chew on. And not many people patronize the place.
