Popped in to this little gem on our campervan journey through Scotland, lovely warm and friendly atmosphere, will definitely pop in again on our travels
Stopped in for a quick pint as we were passing by. Cracking little pub, bar staff and punters all very friendly.

Always interesting people in here a great selection of drinks friendly staff and this sometimes put delicious nibbles on the bar

Riding through Newcastleton at 10.30pm on 5 Sept on All Points North 2021 absolutely desperate for water. This place was open. Dumped my bike outside. Ordered pint of lemonade at the bar. Downed in one. Thanks for being open and for being so friendly to a middle-aged man in lycra looking like a drowned rat of a Sunday night. Saved me.

Great little pub and the prices are fantastic, cheapest pint I've had for years, nice outdoor area at the rear, will be back.
