Trust me …this man will take your money …master transmission he is not …a thief most definitely!
After one year it gave me problems which was only guaranteed for 6 month warranty… I wonder why Hank does that …so I was truly curious

They popped the transmission open and told me that Hank only replaced two gears

We had two separate vehicles that needed transmissions (one was a 4x4) and they did an incredible & quick job! There was a problem sometime later and Henry stood by his work. Cant recommend them enough. They do good work and are trustworthy.
Used to be called ATS Transmission. I had them rebuild the transmission and torque converter in my F150 in March of 2022. After a month and about $5400, Henry told me it was the smoothest shifting transmission they had ever installed. FROM DAY ONE the transmission gave me fits. I missed multiple days of work and out of town travel because of the shoddy workmanship from this shop. 6 months I wrestled with this owner. I was patient, kind, and forgiving, even when he required that I go home and get the original receipt to show him I still had proof of his 2 yr 24,000 Mile warranty. After he “fixed it” finally he said he would not repair it any more unless I paid for parts and labor. It was not fixed, in fact it was worse than before and barely drivable. Having been relieved of thousands of dollars of hard earned money, and inconvenienced to the furthest extent, now he’s welching on his warranty? So, I took it to a Ford dealer where I had to spend another 9 grand for a new torque converter and transmission. They said it looked like Henry had purchased a transmission from a junk yard, painted over the dirt and grime on it, and put it in my truck along with a torque converter that had the studs cut in half for some reason. (I have photos of all of it). The dealer said it was also installed wrong and was throwing a list of codes! I have paperwork and photos backing all of this up.
Do not trust this man!! He will take advantage of you and then laugh about
it!!
I was going to sue him but it would cost as much to do that as I lost in his shop. So I’m just warning people and moving on.
Note: I have the dealer’s paperwork with a description of the faulty work and photos taken by the dealer. This feedback was simply a warning to others to steer clear of this shop if you don’t want to be taken advantage of. The proprietor can say what he wishes. I have knocked the dust off my feet on this issue.
Henry was very knowledgeable I interviewed several transmission shops and he was the one that won me over. I traveled all the way from Orlando after interviewing him because I was so confident I was going to get the correct product, and I did. the transmission shifts like a breeze. see Henry for any of your transmission needs. Henry is a true craftsman and really has true knowledge of his trade. Did a great job on my Chevy 2500 Van transmission and gave a phenomenal 2 year 24,000 mile warranty. 5 ⭐️ all the way !
I don't understand the negative reviews. I thought I had a Transmission issue and Henry test drove the car twice. Put it on the machine and found no issue, charged me nothing for his time. Honesty is a rare commodity nowadays
They do not get the job done ! Took my truck to get transmission fixed 4 times in the last year. They claim to give you warranty but every time I had brought the issue up to them about my transmission after getting fixed they blamed other reason of the truck not working properly. After they blamed it on something else with the truck I took it to a mechanic for them to confirm it is indeed the transmission that is not working. Paid $1500 less than 2 years ago for my transmission to be fixed and still had issues with it. It was not fixed properly then wanted to charge another $1100 without even attempting to look at it. The job was not done correctly if the whole time my truck was showing transmission faulty code. Would NOT recommend this place to fix your transmission.
